PEASANTPORE: The Animal Welfare Legislative Review Committee, apparently hijacked by dog and cat incarnations, is calling for heavier penalties for animal abuse and abandonment. Yet wise peasants did not dare question the lack of heavier penalties for road bullies, maid bashers or paedophiles.

After a year-long review, the committee, after copying various best practices from Anglo Saxon countries, has submitted its recommendations to the Heartless Khaw for consideration.

The current penalty for animal abuse is a fine of up to 10,000 peanuts, one year free stay in Changi, or both. In contrast you can punch a local peasant for 1500 peanuts and is unlikely to be served curry rice in Queenstown.

The committee, probably made up of queers and bapoks, calls for a more detailed Nazi style penalty structure. Some baboons in that committee proposed a maximum penalty for repeat and malicious cases going up to 50,000 peanuts, three years' jail and a one-year ban on keeping animals. Astute peasants will know it is cheaper to mow down a peasant on the road, by pleading sleepwalking, only a cheap fine. Probably scotch free if you well connected like Woffles Wu.

And testing the limits of decency, Asiatic animal lovers are crowing higher penalties for merchants, namely Resort World - between 20,000 and 100,000 peanuts, and a ban on animal-related business for up to a year, using the dolphin as an example. Yet again the hypocritical turks in that committee sees panda exhibitions as perfectly sane.

The Animal Welfare Baboon Committee said the objective is use Quantum Mechanics logic to send a strong message to deter wrongdoers but give face and avoid mentioning Ruler Loong's Panda Diplomacy.

Ricky Yeo, Presiding Arse of Action for Peasantpore Dogs, said: "KNNCCB, I not taking about PAP 走狗. We bapoks lost the fight against 371, now agitating for trouble by using animial righs..hee hee heee. We copy higher penalties adopted by Anglo Saxons....but we want enforcement in contrast to 371's NATO.

"I know the Cantonese will probably howl and scream as they are the lot that eats anything that crawls, fly or swim. But fuck them ok, we must be civilised like the Ang Mohs who love their pets more than their parents. Since bapoks cannot fuck freely, they need to vent their frustration and this is something they can be empowered to help, to balk Cantonese blokes skinning wild snakes for spot."

Most peasants Channel NewsAsia spoke to support the call for harsher penalties to deal with Cantonese. The latter are always suspected if neighbourhood pet dogs go missing! Yet there is no talk for Asiatic pet owners who abandon their pets when the fun ends.

The committee while quiet on the issue of hospice and elderly nursing homes near bird cages is recommending regulation for all commercial pet breeding activities, and for all pet boarding facilities to be licensed.

Arty Farty Chua Ah Kok, who represents the Animal Trading Merchants of Peasantore in the committee, said: "KNNCCB, you think we running a whore business is it? Need licensing huh?

"We merchants only interested in profits...red tape, licensing and other fucking regulations depress profits are not welcome! CCB you guys managed to convince Geylang OKTs to provide customer relationship training for their whores, then I sarpok that harebrained scam!"

Georgie Tan, who owns Doggy Positions, a small pet shop which sells puppies to paedophiles to satisfy their perverse urges, said: "Give them face, the recommendations are still 'lan lan can make it'. I agree with Ah Kok, Geylang OKT never formally train their whores and bouncers, then why we singled out for punishment?"

"If they fucking insist, then ask Ruler Loong conduct for us, do not just talk cock sing song and import all those Ang Moh Best Practices....we are a fucking Asiatic society!"

Committee chairman Yeo Ah Kwang said their wayang is far from over.

"I represent Ruler Loong here, His Highness is not bothered with all the fucking wayang and politicking as long you do not get him involved but still kowtow to him 5 times a day," he sneered.

The committee's report details 24 recommendations in total, making pet ownership as difficult as getting a car license.

Minion Penang Laksa Khaw said his ministry will carefully study the recommendations since Ruler Loong has hinted he will not be drawn into this bapok inspired plan.

In a blog post, Penang Laksa said his instinct is that the law will be changed to placate bapoks since 371 will maintain status quo. Such a gesture is likely to make bapoks happy as they will be able to purchase animals for their perverse threesomes to vent their frustrations.
