As a singaporean myself, i couldn't even land a job in singapore after layoffs. Is this normal?

These are 2 of the jobs that Dr Tan See Leng claims CECAs will create for true blue S'poreans.
It is depending on your nationality!
It is absolutely normal if you are true blue sinkies for not able to find a job or jobless. But, it will be absolutely abnormal if you are a CECA Indian and cannot find a good pay job in Sindiapore!

There has been a noticeable shift in S'pore's demographics and the PAP's approach to multiracialism. Look at the significant increase in the Indian population, particularly "newly imported Indians" or new citizens, which has altered the traditional racial balance where Indians were a minority. Many true blue S'poreans were strong supporters of the PAP, but our views changed when the govt attributed bigotry to Malays and Chinese who are against CECA. S'poreans, including local Indians, have historically co-existed harmoniously since LKY's era, and that the sudden rapid influx of Indian nationals (many holding dubious qualifications) is the source of discontent.
