As an unvaxxed, I am in non compliance of any covid restrictions especially the ones by PAP, I dine in anywhere I want.

They have gone to great lengths to avoid the using word "unvaccinated"

I refer to the report that coffee shops and canteens now have three options on how vaccination-differentiated safe management measures can be implemented to control groups of up to five fully vaccinated diners entering their premises (Three jab-differentiation options for operators of coffee shops, canteens, March 7).
This new change seems more complicated and confusing for both customers and operators.
It would be good if the authorities could make the measures easier to understand.

That is the objective - to confuse the operators so that even the operators themselves are not aware that cordoned section where there are no vaccination checks by a staff member means unvaccinated are allowed to dine-in. So if someone blames the government for not opening the dining areas to the unvaxxed, they will say that the rules allow but the operators didn't cordon the areas for the unvaxxed.
