Are these BONUSES true?

Understand PAP ministers got these bonuses last year.
Anybody knows better?

April..................performance bonus ---14 months
July....................half-year mid-year bonus
September..........GDP bonus -- 8 months
December.......... Year-end bonus of about 3 months.

Jumping Jesus ! if it's true ; know any other CEO getting such bonuses.
How about Obama,how much of bonus he gets?
