Are the young Singaporeans moving to India/ Mumbai for a peace of life

I am a Singapore PR living in Mumbai these days, i have started seeing people looking like Singaporeans in and around Mumbai at various places. So i was wondering if these are actually Singaporeans who may have decided to live in a low-cost place like Mumbai for a peaceful life at a low cost. Or are these people from Manipur or other northeastern states.

Trust me the style of these girls were much similar to Singaporeans.

If you don't know about Manipur then this is Manipur less the Singapore dressing style
