Are PAP supporters dumb?

They may be increasing in number these days, but the quality is certainly lacking. Like their PM and Khaw.

Surprised so many of them are missing the points.

1) WP has "no accountability" despite reducing their own seats from 6 to 5 - when they could have done nothing.

2) WP has "no transparency" despite holding a conference to face the press and be grilled on any question for 30 minutes.

3) The above were accusations made because no information they wanted was given by WP. But isn't that the reason why WP expelled Yaw in the first place?

If these WP critics and the WP leadership know the same amount of information, how sensible would the former group be to ask for more information from the latter? And how is the latter going to provide the former something that does not exist - by inventing stories and lies? Wasn't their biggest beef that WP is not honest but now they are forcing and demanding WP to lie?

4) This comes from the idiot Siew Kum Hong. WP from "no comment" to sacking Yaw is a "big jump". A neutral position to a reaction is a "big jump"? So before he have sex with his wife to after sex with wife must be a "big jump" also lah.

5) WP took "so long". So they expect WP to sack Yaw immediately after rumours. So if I now say Low, Sylvia, Rahizan, Lilian, Choong Yong and Glenda are all involved in one big mass orgy at Fragrance Hotel last night, half of WP must go and so WP will be gone. If they want WP to close down, say so lah, don't need to go one big circle. And PAP's by-election is going to be longer, and the same chaps do not ask why.

Reading all these nonsense makes me very insect infested. Where do some Singaporeans put their bug brain, I wonder.

In a way, there is no Singaporeans left, there's only a mass of consumers, their appetite is maintained by the government for years, but when the fruits of economic growth is dwindling, the consumers showed their displeasure of the government. Real Authentic Singaporeans have left long ago. There's nothing here except to consume. Consume is the drug. Consume is a mind numbing experience that pleases and ignores the void left by the Real Authentic Singaporeans. The government itself is also being dragged down, for it consumes the most.

The people have no real vested interest in opposition or ruling party now, all that's left is to consume, governed by the jungle law of who has the power to consume. That's one of my conclusion after looking at the GE2011, rejection of moral values and democratic ideals. The psyche of the people had changed long ago, it is purely that, a rejection of the taste of moral values and democratic ideals. The taste does not help in consumption. It is rejected. It tasted bad.

And it is not easy to nail them down since they hail from all walks of life. Some might hold PhDs and suddenly use silly arguments that he will continue to support PAP because he worked with so and so Minister and found him to be nice and personable. Some, like what Leongsam is doing - though I suspect he is just baiting people into thinking - will rationalize that everyone has the same opportunities and really, the poor deserve to be miserable. Their blind spot is large you can hide an entire galaxy in it.
