Are New Shityzens Given Higher Priority than SGs in Balloting for BTO flats? Why?

Anecdotal evidence shows that there are several instances that New Shityzens are strangely ahead of SGs in the BTO queue even though they are supposed to have a lower priority based on the proximity and other rules. If this is true, this will be yet the most sinful betrayal of SGs by the FAP Traitors. It will show that the FAP Traitors will resort to anything to perpetuate their power. Many of these New Shityzens will not spend as little as possible on the renovation as their intention is to cash out on their flat after 5 years to balek kampung to live as kings and queens in their homeland. 1. Please show the evidence that U claim are available
2. Citizens are citizens, it does not matter whether they are new or old. They should be treated equal and not given lower priority as U suggested
3. Being new citizens when they apply for new flats, it's more likely than not they are first time applicants. It's no secret that first time applicants are given priority, in fact, it's stated on HDB website
4. Is there any evidence to support your claims that they are just here to "cash out" HDB flats
5. How is it any different from locally born citizens "cashing out" their BTO
6. Finally what is stopping U from migrating to cheaper countries and live like kings. There are more than enough examples of members of this forums living in Malaysia and Thailand

Those convert Citizen very hard to Balek Kampung. Because they already surrender their previous IC and Passport. They only can return as tourist becaus ethey carry Sg passport.
