ECs are generally underpriced compared to pte condos. If you re looking for a home, I say go for it before it's too late. Once you're over the income ceiling, say bye bye to ECs forever. Whatever nearterm corrections would not affect you unless you are planning to sell it off within a short time frame which I doubt. Seriously, you cant go very wrong with an EC

excellent advice..........you can never go wrong with EC..........

unlike condo prices which plunged by up to 50% during the late 90's............

even though current prices are hugely overinflated due to hordes of foreign buyers which will sell out when the next financial crisis comes around............EC prices will defy all laws of gravity and all economic laws and keep rising................
