SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty that took place on September 24 at Kim Keat Link.

He is described as slim, with a dark complexion and a height of about 1.63m. The man was last seen wearing a light-blue polo T-shirt, light coloured pants and carrying a black guitar case on his back.
