Appeal for information on missing person

SINGAPORE - The police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 12-year-old Koh Jia Yi. She was last seen in a school along Jurong West Street 41 on May 13 at about 3.30pm.
She is described to be fair, slim and about 1.62m tall.
She was last seen wearing a white coloured shirt with a white coloured skirt.
Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Koh Jia Yi can call the police hotline at 1800 255 0000.
