Appeal for information on missing man

Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 81-year-old Lim Chin Huat. He was last seen leaving his house at Blk 507, Bukit Batok St 52 on 15 May 2013 at about 1.30pm.
The description of Mr Lim are as follows:
Complexion : Dark
Build : Slim
Height : 165cm
He was last seen wearing a orange T-shirt with brown bermudas and a pair of white slippers. Anyone with information on Mr Lim is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
