SINGAPORE - Police are looking for the man shown in the photograph above to assist with investigations into a case of forgery for the purpose of cheating.
The man is described to be in his 50s, about 1.6 - 1.7 metres tall, is of medium-build, has short hair and wears a pair of spectacles.
