Appeal for information on case of loanshark harassment

Police are looking for the man shown in the photograph to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment reported in the vicinity of Joo Chiat Road on September 1, 2013.
The man is believed to be in his 20s, with a medium build, tanned complexion, and short tinted hair. He was last seen wearing a white T-shirt, dark cargo pants, sandals and carrying a bag.
