Appeal for assistance with investigation into indecent behaviour case

SINGAPORE: Police are looking for a man to assist with investigation into a case of indecent behaviour reported at Punggol Community Centre on March 25, 2012.
The man is believed to be in his 20s and of medium built. He was last seen wearing a black polo t-shirt, light-blue bermudas, white shoes and a pair of white frame spectacles.
