but
not everyone can be successful sales person.


Do sales...do property.
Earn enuff with 5yrs can retire.

Am in the sales line. If you are hardworking, as well as being able to "read" your prospect, you might do well in this trade.

To add on, to be a good sales, you have to be

sincere - dont lie

hardworking - get enough prospects from cold call etc

smart - learn from past experience of others and dont make the same mistake
