probably. the rocket motors are a damn nuisance. just saw photos with no sound, but with sound it's terrible. Have to increase lift to weight ratio or find some silent form of providing energy...

Tesla has a compressed air system booster for the Tesla roadster. but the problem is it's just for a short burst before it needs to be recharged.

a solar wing hang glider with a small motor could probably work, but it won't fly at rocket speeds. but will be silent!
