Anyone knows where Vanilla Coke is available in Singapore 2013?

A couple of days ago, I picked up a bottle from 7/11 @ The Cathay. The bottle indicates "manufactured in Singapore, 2013", so I expected it to be available island-wide. It's not. I haven't seen it available anywhere else so far. Even the Coca-Cola Singapore website doesn't have any details on Vanilla Coke being available locally or at the present time.

Anyone knows anything about this? Do all 7/11s have it? Why doesn't NTUC have it?
