Anyone here take fibre supplements

I've been juicing for 1+ year & I notice that within half an hour of drinking the juice I can see the results in the toilet:D
I am now very regular.


I juice to get essential vitamins and minerals. Not so much for fibre, which I get plenty from fruits like apples and oranges. I don't really like to eat vegetables, though, except for broccoli which I LOVE!! In fact I LOVE broccoli so much I have quite a few broccoli recipes of my own already! So i try to juice all those green veges that i hardly consume, like spinach, parsley (which is more a condiment but is very good for your health), etc. The juice I drink is greener than emerald :):p:cool:
 
Have to pop a few psyllium husk pills a day in order to. feel complete.

Never ever ingest capsules containing psyllium husks. Instead ingest psyllium seed husks the traditional way.

Ah Nehs having been taking psyllium seed husks for thousands of years.
 
Magnesium supplements.....

Take 2 magnesium pills every day for prevention. Take 4 pills for mild constipation. Take 6 pills for severe constipation. Take 8 pills for killer constipation ....

Bad advice.

You should instead specify the correct dosage per the person's age, gender, weight, height, general physical condition, smoker/non-smoker...etc..etc..

You do know that intake of excessive amounts of magnesium will lead to a decrease in absorption of certain essential minerals....
