I juice to get essential vitamins and minerals. Not so much for fibre, which I get plenty from fruits like apples and oranges. I don't really like to eat vegetables, though, except for broccoli which I LOVE!! In fact I LOVE broccoli so much I have quite a few broccoli recipes of my own already! So i try to juice all those green veges that i hardly consume, like spinach, parsley (which is more a condiment but is very good for your health), etc. The juice I drink is greener than emerald :p
Take 2 magnesium pills every day for prevention. Take 4 pills for mild constipation. Take 6 pills for severe constipation. Take 8 pills for killer constipation ....
