Anyone collect president application form for Leong Sze Hian?

Personally, I feel he has all the calibre of a president. His has great mind for numbers and will certainly able to guard Singaporean reserves well.

There are people who collected forms for Chiam as well. But few people really know what the criteria is. Leong and Chiam are both not qualified.
