Go get malay fried chicken better if eating with rice. But if its just chicken, then you need the crispy outer layer.

If an ethnic gook is not selling it, it's probably not authentic. Same for Jap food.

I wouldn't trust ah nehs to make xiaolongbao, just as I wouldn't trust Tiongs to make tandoori chicken.

Mostly BBQ stuff....honestly every dish that was served hardly piqued my enthusiasm. Japanese food, on the other hand, is a delight.

Most Japanese food is good, but some are not to my taste, like raw beef or udon.

I also find Korean BBQ mostly unimpressive, but there is some stuff like spicy cold noodles, bibimbap, kimchi noodles, pancakes, etc which are good.
