Accused sexually assaulted an 11 year old boy in Florida. Father of victim gave him a good beating until accused became unconscious. Eyes, nose, mouth, ears and face kena jialat jialat. If this thing had taken place in S'pore, would any Commander, Dir CID or CP dare say the same thing? They are likely to advice that no one should take the law into their own hands and to allow the police to investigate first. If guilty, charges will be made.
