it's a prescribed antihistamine in the u.s. cannot suka suka buy it over counter or off the shelf. can be abused as it's also used as a sedative to reduce brain activity. if used by sinkies without prescription can cause mass drop in iq. sg already has so many zombies walking around aimlessly.

I used to buy it as a sleeping aide as melantonin is ineffective when I was working in BKK. It's easily available over the counter there and I think Mudland as well.
The GP here only gave me a month's supply of only 5mg which hardly knock me out.

Melatonin is also otc in sg. Not effective at all. Should try paxidorm also otc but need a guardian pharmacist to issue with your IC.

I have the heaviest dosage of melatonin but still useless. Will try your suggestion.

Melatonin is just a placebo onlee. Paxidorm cannot abuse too my uncle onlee leelee take it when necessary. Effect usuallee comes 45mins to an hour. If want more effect add with another otc with pharmacist chlorpheniramine Bao jiak .use with care.
