Any good recommendation for good Tuna Steak?

Anyone tried any good Tuna steak in Singapore or Hong Kong?

I tried it at Kudeta (MBS) and Harry's Bar (Boat Quay) and it taste good.

Now craving for Tuna Steak!! Any good recommendation? I am going to HK soon, any good ones there?
