They ask you to conduct due diligence but don't provide any details of people or a company behind it.

There was a similar company in Raffles Place vicinity some years ago and when people provided their personal and financial details, they used those to apply for bank loans and disappeared.

Not very sure but it had an office in Republic Plaza. There was another one in Hong Leong Building.
