Well for 1 its a near dust free enviroment in the fridge. We are all working in a heavy industry enviroment hate to see layer of dust over our zip lock bags when its time for lunch.

Ok, noted, but I still think it will be ok if you put it in a closed drawer or in your briefcase/bag.
