Most FTrashes don't even need to act blur because they never educated back home and they don't F--- care your rules.

We are not talking about rules, but common courtesy, that cometh with education, both at home & in school, and whatever values one have been imparted, Asian or not. You are right on the FT's though...it is not about rules.
