Another Singkie Student dies during PE lesson.........2nd one this week

oh, yes.. For all the confused people out there, the 12 y.o. is not preparing for 'A' level. He is under IP program meaning no formal exams from sec 1 till JC.

maybe he's too young at 12 that's why cannot tahan the rigorous PE for 18 year olds and mati?

sounds like the case

What a bunch of weaklings sinkies have become. A good injection of foreign genes will definitely help the situation.

This one, I must say, you got it spot on!, but then again, it is too much in-breeding of the 60% that produces such weaklings, surely you know genetics. Foreign genes may be too late to help, a gradual elimination of this bad genes will slowly reverse the trend..let the weaklings pass on...so that, weak genes will not be carried forward.

Doing P.E., they drop off like flies, how to enroll for National Slavery & fight for SINgapore, when there is aggression?? like this, they will die en masse.

another product of elitism dies, we should cheer. YAAAAAM SENG!!!

tonychat will probably tell you this poor boy ate too much meat. if he was a vegan he won't have health issues.

technically this boy should be 13yo this year. nowadays JCs offer IP program from sec1 to JC2 (total of 6 years).

PE getting more siong or sinkies getting weaker?

Sinkies getting weaker. Not just school PE, you see more deaths in army IPPT these days compared to my time in the '70s and '80s. Standards have not changed; if anything army training has gone a lot softer nowadays (max 20 push-ups, no parade square push-ups between 10 am & 2 pm, no knuckle push-ups, etc).

Take look around you. See how many overweight, obese youngsters there are out there. Even the skinny ones are pale and unhealthy – too much video games and social media, not enough outdoor activities. And I'm not even going into kind of food kids nowadays eat.
