So many problems have now become a routine affair: flash floods aka ponding, MRT breakdowns, dengue, H1N1, haze,....
Many suspected that nobody is actually running things, it's all under "auto pilot" Maybe things will improve after the next GE
I hope so because I doubt LHL is up to the job.
