I received complains last week from Hawker Committee Chairman Leng, that NEA officer had discussed with him about public food hygiene issue concerning the over-head pipes and trays above every stalls, where accumulated dirt and oil needs to be clean in order the dirty substance will not drop into the food which are being prepared and sold and eaten below these pipes. The the chairman spoke to Town Council Management which refused to clean that. Even after shutting down 19.Sept for whole day of routine cleaning it is still not clean as seen on video.

This is why i dont like eating outside food... I cant "mind over matter" eating coffee-shop foods..
