A middle-aged man who likes to walk around naked in the house was found dead recently. A pool of dark coloured blood from the rotting corpse was seen oozing out of the house.

A resident called the police at around 3pm on Saturday when he detected an awful stench emitting from a unit on the 6th floor of Telok Blangah Blk 4. Civil Defence unit deployed to the scene found the corpse of Mr Xue, 48 years old, lying unconscious in the house.

Neighbours said the deceased was mentally unstable and was often spotted talking to himself. They also said that he seems to be suffering from epilepsy-like symptoms and had to take medicine to suppress his illness. They also said that he behaves strangely and calls himself a police officer. Other than having the habit of not wearing any clothes at home, neighbours were terrified when they see him undressed and exposing himself to the public.

The deceased is believed to be suffering from some illness and was seen collapsing at home or at coffee shops on many occasions.
