近日,岛内媒体称,据岛内内部人士证实,解放军海军052C中华神盾舰济南舰、054A导弹护卫舰黄冈舰进行了绕台。这次052C神盾舰与054A护卫舰的行程可谓不紧不慢:上周就经过宝岛以北的彭佳屿附近海域,然后从岛东海域一路南下,又经巴士海峡向西,在岛西南外海逗留。整个行程为时超过一星期。而且,直到两艘军舰穿过海峡中线向西南方向远去之后,岛媒才获知这一事情。为何以前轰-6K轰炸机几个小时就能完成的绕岛,这次052C神盾舰舰艇编队却花了一个多星期?

根据公开信息来看,今年以来,确切的说是近一个月以来,这已经是我海军舰艇编队的第三次绕岛了。前两次的编队均由1艘现代级导弹驱逐舰与1艘054A导弹护卫舰组成。而且,
这一次也是052C中华神盾舰首次参加这个类型的训练任务。前两次现代级驱逐舰舰艇编队的行程一点也不慢,基本都是当天出发当天返回,都不过夜的。
不同于速度快、交战时间也短的军机,军舰不仅实际交战时间更长,而且以巡航形式进行常态化海上部署,能产生的威慑效应不亚于实战。从现代级驱逐舰舰艇编队到052C神盾舰舰艇编队,出现了两大变化。一是巡航时间明显大幅度拉长;二是距离岛东、西南海岸从以前最近30海里(约55公里)拉远至现在的60海里(110公里)。

这两点变化可能表明海军执行这类任务的舰艇编队,在由视觉威慑效应向更讲究实战化训练效果转变。052C神盾舰整个作战系统的感知中心就是国产舰载主动相控阵雷达。资料显示,这款相控阵雷达对高空目标的探测距离可能超过300公里。而且,我国军工在研制该款雷达时,特别针对克服海杂波进行了长时间攻关。所以052C神盾舰装备的相控阵雷达不但探测距离远、发现和跟踪目标的精度高,还兼具沿海和远洋作战警戒和引导能力。

因此可以推测,052C神盾舰济南舰与054A护卫舰黄冈舰用了那么长时间才走完以前不用半天的航程,恐怕不是为了省油,而是在以“海之星”相控阵雷达、“海鹰”三坐标警戒雷达等舰载传感器设备,对某些重点区域进行仔细观察和记录。这两款雷达从探测距离来看,基本可以在距离海岸100余公里处,将从海岸线至中央山脉一侧的纵深内陆空域看个通透了。

这样的雷达探测和引导距离,再加上052C神盾舰换装海红旗-9B舰空导弹后,对空打击距离已延长至200公里,整个舰艇编队的远程制空范围基本也可延伸至中央山脉一侧。岛东部几乎一半的空域都开始变得不保险、不“后方”了。
舰载雷达有效探测距离变得更远,也可能是052C神盾舰舰艇编队巡航时离岸更远的原因。此前现代级驱逐舰舰艇编队最近曾距离海岸线仅30海里。而052C神盾舰显然可以在更远的安全距离上,静静地观察自己想看的东西。
现代级导弹驱逐舰带去的则可能更多是观感上的威慑力。毕竟一艘8000吨级的钢铁大舰,视觉压迫效果不是讲笑的。

在多导弹齐射、连射打击演练现场,在后方不太远的地方还有一枚已经处于发射状态的新型地对地战术弹道导弹。从轮廓判断,是东风-16的可能性比较大。当然,这个“混编”也许只是为了提高效率,而凑巧聚在一个场地训练吧。
