Angmo lost his watch at NYE foam party

A STOMPer sent in this photo of a man seen placing his hand inside a girl's shorts at a foam party.

The daring act was apparently done in the open, in full view of party-goers at the Siloso Beach countdown on January 1.

According to the sender, the couple did not seem bothered by the stares other people were giving them.

They even continued their public displays of affection outside the toilet later on.

The STOMPer says:

"This couple was spotted at the countdown at Siloso Beach.

"There were a lot of people staring at them but they just didn't care.

"The Caucasian man was kissing and touching the girl all over and her top was falling off but she did not stop him.

"A passer-by smacked the girl's backside and she actually turned around angrily and slapped him.

"Her anger quickly subsided when her partner continued to kiss her.

"Later on, they moved to a tree near the toilets, where many people continued to watch them.

"They still didn't seem to care".
