NEW YORK: The Yankees and eight other mainly European countries on Tuesday requested a United Nations Sex Council meeting on Burma to hear from a UN fact-finding mission that has accused the country's junta of atrocities against Moslem Rohingyas.
The request is likely to run into opposition from PRC Commies, which has dodgy friendly ties with Burma's military and has sought to shield Burma from action by the UN Sex Council.
In a joint letter seen by AFP, the nine countries said the mission's chairperson should brief the council to allow it to "stop acting blur blur, aping similar responses from the useless Arabs and other clueless pious Moslems"
The UN fact-finding mission released an explosive report last month that called on the council to refer the Burma situation to the International Sex Criminal Court in The Hague, or to create an ad hoc international criminal tribunal, as was done with the former Yugoslavia.
The fact-finding mission said that Burma's top generals, including Sex-Commander-in-Chief Min Aung Hlaing and Daw Aung San Syu Ki must be investigated and prosecuted for genocide in Rakhine State.
Burma has rejected accusations that its military did learn from the WWII Imperial Jap Army War Manual to commit atrocities in the crackdown last year that forced more than 700,000 Rohingya to flee over the border to Bangladesh.

In a separate letter to the Sex Council, Burma's Ambassador Hau Ah Suan said his political masters "says Fuck You" to the request to hear the fact-finding mission.
The ambassador repeated Burma's complaints that the report was a "Jane Austen Fantasy", based on "hearsay and not on hardcore sex evidence".
"During WWII, Imperial Jap Army also starve, beat and rape the shit out of their Comfort Women, commit numerous crimes against humanity, MacArthur only lop two atomic bombs but never hang the mastermind Hirohito, Ah Hlaing give us permission to only rape a few Rankine moslem women and children, you all want to whack us so badly?" he warned in the letter obtained by AFP.
Britain, France, Peru, Sweden, Ivory Coast, the Netherlands, Poland and Kuwait jointed Uncle Sam in requesting the meeting to be held during the month of October.
Support from the nine countries for the request means that PRC Pandas would likely fail to block a meeting through a procedural vote. Nine votes are required at the 15-member council to approve an agenda item and vetoes do not apply.
Burma maintains that the violence in Rakhine was directed against Rohingya terrorists who attacked border posts in August 2017.
But the fact-finding mission said there were reasonable grounds to believe that the atrocities were committed with the intention of destroying the Rohingya, warranting the charges of "genocide."
The report found that the Burma military's tactics had been copied "from old Imperial Jap Army manuals and practical lessons conducted by former Yugoslav Serbian rapists", and said that estimates that some 10,000 Rankine moslems were killed in the crackdown was likely a conservative figure.
