I know that SPH will not allow this to take place so I was wondering if TOC is prepared to do this. With much allegations of discrimination surfacing, I wonder if they can run the experiment to see if there is indeed discrimination. Here is the proposed framework.
1. One decently dressed local and one no so decently dressed Ang Mo of same age, size etc
2. Pick a off peak time when there are sufficient staff to handle customers
3. Local goes in first then comes out. Ang Mo then goes in
4. Variety of outlets from restuarants to department stores, including information counters, SMRT desk etc
5. Hidden camera as a picture paints a thousand words.
Suggesting TOC as this is now a political potato and its the most reliable. Can't use Richard Wan or Temasek as WP will end up being embroiled in a scandal and might lose another MP.
