in northern california weather is great starting in march and temperature is around 69 degrees f with low humidity offering natural ac indoors and outdoors. air quality is 69 times better than sg’s. thus in fact, if one lives in a well insulated home, the only utility bills one pays is for wifi, lights, occasional tv, charging of phones, laptops and tablets. may be only $69 per month. if one cooks with gas, add another $69 per month. comfortable indoors with ample space and (real) yards with gardens. and the outdoors are gorgeous with snowy mountains in the backdrop, golf courses and beautiful beaches in front of homes.
