It's fault in the plane or pilot error that brings the incident beyond the scope of an Act of God; it's fault in the plane or pilot error that negligence can be attributed to the airlines. A pilot error is even more obvious and SIA cannot absolve itself because SIA is vicariously liable for the tort of its employees.
