Missing person​

Pattaya/Samet/Hua Hin

My brother has gone missing in Pattaya. His last known whereabouts where in and around terminal 21 mall. He is Icelandic and we have spoken to the police in Iceland as well as pattaya tourist Police. We last spoke to him 23. Of may and he keeps in touch with my parents every day so we are sure that something has happened to him.
We have posted on few local Facebook groups but we are unfamiliar with Thailand and don't know what more we can do. Can anyone advise us on where we can post and who we can try and contact? Any help would be greatly appreciated
