The chow angmo was taunting the guards. At least 2 of them there. They should have done something instead of talking and filming.
The fact they did not exert their authority during the initial exchange already emboldened the angmo.
Had they confronted the guy correctly they angmo would have backed down regardless of his size.
The uncle guard should have retaliated at the first contact when angmo used his hand. The fact he didn’t already conceded advantage to angmo.
It’s doesnt matter if he couldn’t outfight the admk. If he and he fellow guard had shown conviction that they will go all the way and do whatever to stop the amdk. I bet you the chow angmo will backdown.
