Witnessed 10-12 chaps fighting. Called the police three times. They came after 45 minutes and by that time everyone has gone home. Then can accuse us of making false report. Other times went to neighbourhood police post to make reports (e.g. stolen bike, stolen shoes, hit and run with minor injuries), can try to dissuade us from doing so.
So you see, low crime is only because the actual crimes are never reported.

Thats why PAP's useless poodles print those banners and posters reminding you "Low crime doesn't mean no crime", because they've been dissuading people from filing police reports and even if you do, it'll just be an open and shut case. PAP's poodles are too busy helping their boss 'fix' opposition parties.

I was driving along old Mandai Rd at night when I saw a large german shepard wondering aimlessly with a surgical collar on the middle of the road. The dog can only see forward and look daze. I stop my car, managed to coax the dog to me and pull him to the side of the road.
I called the polis and tell them the problem. The polis refer me to TP. They said they will send someone over. After waiting for 15 mins no TP. I called the polis and they said they are on the way. 15 mins later, still no polis. I fed up call them and fark them left right center. I told them the dog could have cause an accident if I did not bring him aside and yet the polis is taking their own sweet time. They said sorry, this and that, I just let go.
Only 15mins later, a TP came. I also fark him left right center and he give excuse that he was on another case. I said, is he the only polis on duty that night. I left the dog to the TP and drove off.
The dog was fine and I suspect, the dog is a police dog, big and health and very obedient.
