Yeah but their stupidity will be less lethal if they're on a bicycle or PMD. 1 tonne of metal vs 15kg of bicycle makes a huge difference to the results of an impact.

Good point boss Sam. As such to make the roads safer and fairer for all users, I propose, all cyclists n pedestrians users sit practical tests, be licenced and insured like cars. And if they violate traffic light or any traffic violations n get hit, they face penalties like motor vehicles drivers. Tat way these cyclists are protected...same as cars...

Of course you should give way. Just step off the path for a couple of seconds to allow the cyclist to proceed.

I propose to screen drivers every other year to weed out nincompoops. Folks don’t deserve to drive forever if they get into any accidents of any sort, road hog and/or failure to give way. Especially those duckers who can’t keep left unless overtaking, really one of a kind.

Failures of our administration despite paying them so much & paying do much for learning driving.
