台北市市長柯文哲在九合一大選連任之後,頻被詢問是否選2020總統,不過,他的鄰居不想賭「市長官邸」變「總統寓所」,5樓戶先在2016年底降價5千萬售出,但6、7樓的樓中樓,卻仍在銷售,已經從最初1.66億元開價降到1.2億元,大約打了7折。

柯文哲住在台北市大安區信義路二段、捷運東門站附近「大安尚御」,為7樓華廈,2010年中完工落成,屋齡約8年,6、7樓規劃為樓中樓,社區僅6戶,柯文哲住在4樓。
2015年傳出社區有3戶欲出售,但根據實價資料,僅5樓屋主在2016年底以6988萬元脫手,但與最初開價1.2億元相比,大降5000萬元。頂樓戶至今仍在賣,坪數約99.68坪,屋主交屋後砸下1千萬元裝潢,最初開價1.66億元,後來降價到1.24億元,現在又降到1.2億元,已經降了4600萬元。
瑞普萊坊市場研究部總監黃舒衛表示,目前中古豪宅市場疲弱,僅頂級豪宅較能吸引有錢人置產,一般買家對於高總價,還是卻步。也有民眾認為,「與名人為鄰,心很累」、「與名人為鄰就是擾鄰,乾脆賣掉房子,去清靜的地方。」
