台北市市長柯文哲在九合一大選連任之後，頻被詢問是否選2020總統，不過，他的鄰居不想賭「市長官邸」變「總統寓所」，5樓戶先在2016年底降價5千萬售出，但6、7樓的樓中樓，卻仍在銷售，已經從最初1.66億元開價降到1.2億元，大約打了7折。

柯文哲住在台北市大安區信義路二段、捷運東門站附近「大安尚御」，為7樓華廈，2010年中完工落成，屋齡約8年，6、7樓規劃為樓中樓，社區僅6戶，柯文哲住在4樓。
2015年傳出社區有3戶欲出售，但根據實價資料，僅5樓屋主在2016年底以6988萬元脫手，但與最初開價1.2億元相比，大降5000萬元。頂樓戶至今仍在賣，坪數約99.68坪，屋主交屋後砸下1千萬元裝潢，最初開價1.66億元，後來降價到1.24億元，現在又降到1.2億元，已經降了4600萬元。
瑞普萊坊市場研究部總監黃舒衛表示，目前中古豪宅市場疲弱，僅頂級豪宅較能吸引有錢人置產，一般買家對於高總價，還是卻步。也有民眾認為，「與名人為鄰，心很累」、「與名人為鄰就是擾鄰，乾脆賣掉房子，去清靜的地方。」
