When you say Singapore has low- birth rate, what do you mean?

Yes, racial issues and religion can be taboo; can also cause tensions among the people.
But when we talk about low-birth rate, we have to be specific becos Singapore is a multi-racial society, one broom cannot sweep all.

Dealing with low birth rate among a rojak society can be more complex and must be dealt with an open and forthcoming approach , and most of all, sincere if we must get result.

If you have local Malay married friends, just ask any of them how many kids he or she has.
Having three or four in a Malay family is common, and 5 to 6 kids are also not uncommon.
No surprise, a Malay security guard earns merely one 1k can look after 4 to 5 mouths.
How do they do it? Do they have secrets we don’t know?

Did our PAP govt ever mull about it ? If one group of people can survive like that, others should learn from them, emulate them.

Just import to fill up the lost-race proportion will only cause more social tensions instead of solving the main problem.

Also, when you say Singaporeans having low- birth rate, are you not sending wrong message to those poor and big families to have more babies when they are barely alive???

PAP govt should be more open and sincere in tackling this problem becos importing massive foreigners to becoming Singaporeans will eventually cause more troubles in the future.
China Chinese will not able to replace the local Chinese, you only create another race who are competing for space instead

Learn from the Malays, they know better when comes to raising more children, credits should be given to the local Malays if they deserves.

But of course, if PAP has a political agenda under the pretext of more FT citizens, the end for Singapore may be a sad story.

What nonsense are you sprouting? Do you have Malay friends? Most Malays especially the younger 20-30 age group have only 2 kids at the most. Some have 1 and some don't have any kids even after 5 yrs of marriage. Low fertility is affecting the Malays too. Just look at the statistics. If its the 90s I would believe you. But now the situation is very much different.

The white scum is twisting the facts so as to con more to produce more kids. When country is not developed with plenty of uncertainties, people tend to reproduce their youngs as an insurance for the old age.

In developed countries it is different, people got more entertainment and future can be protected by buying insurance policies etc. So no need to produce so many. In fact if want to produce, produce one will do and give kid all the best for him to suceed.

you are not in touch with reality.

malays are friendly, they are easily to make friends.

you sound like a young punk born in the HDB pigeon holes.

statistics dont give real picture, the malay population remains constant while others drop.

by the way, you have the figure for the malay population back in 90s and now. lets take a look.
