1. Chen Show Mao vs George Yeo
Chen was not in Singapore for a large part of his life, but George Yeo has been flying around as foreign minister. While Yeo makes friends with other countries, Chen does groundbreaking things for governments of other countries, such as takeovers and launching IPOs.
2. Sylvia Lim vs Lim Hwee Hwa
Both are civil servants but Lim started out from the private sector and gained more experienced as lawyer and police. Lim on the other hand started with a ministry, left for finance sector and now stuck with second minister portfolios.

Phua can run estates, Low does it even better. Phua worked as GM in the govt set up Bishan Toa Payoh Town COuncil, Low set up Hougang Town Council which he chairs - with bare hands from scratch.
