I had a buddy go through it, and he said the shakes, sweating, and anxiety were just the start. It’s way harder than people think, and for some, it can even be dangerous if they try to go cold turkey alone. He ended up going to rehab where they knew what to look out for and helped him get through those first rough days without things getting out of control. It made a huge difference having people around who actually understood what he was dealing with instead of trying to tough it out solo.

Most East Asian are Alcohol intolerance. One of the reason they do not face wide spread alcohol abuse.
They are also dairy intolerance.
Higher IQ comes with a price I supposed. have Poorer eyesight. Thus, many of them need glasses.

east asiatic kids are cooped up indoors with poor lighting to stay away from trouble and study hard to do well in school, thus ending up with poor eyesight. if they play in backyards and outside for a few hours everyday when the sun is out, they will have better eyesight.
