I simply gave him a few guidelines and a free reign. I can't be reviewing every single decision he makes. I might as well do the job myself.

The guidelines were :

1) Remove graffiti and spam and ban the guilty party permanently.
2) Discourage the posting of rubbish or constant harassment by issuing temp bans of a few hours. I left it to him to decide what "rubbish" means and what constitutes "harassment".

When the mod issues a ban, the member will see the reason when they log on so they can modify their behavior once their ban of a few hours is over.

Does he have biases? I'm sure he does. We all do.

When I do nothing to control the forum, I get complaints. When I try to put a few controls in, nothing changes. I simply get complaints from a different bunch of people. You can't please everyone.

I think that person too sensitive. Even u assign me to give infraction. I dont anyhow ban people.
U should re assign others. If like situation remain the same. Later the more topic on ban/infraction/complaint/................ then there will be no others threat/topic/new news.
Wasting time and bandwidth for who ban that ban................
Please do reconsider the person who anyhow miss use power or too sensitive. Behave like ISA everyone worry this and that. No fun anymore.

I got banned for TCSS? Ah Leong, please look at my last 15 posts, which 1 is TCSS post? Everyone will post off topic post sometimes, so what are you going to do about it? ban them also?

1st banned, posting exposed 2 balls of a man in swimsuit is considered gory picture
2nd banned, threatening a newbie just because i jokingly ask for her no.
3rd banned, for TCSS?
4th ban, whats next?
