I recall when a Chicago-bound Air India flight returned due to clogged washrooms, blaming the issue on CECA passengers flushing items like plastic bags, rags and clothing down the toilets. A photo shared by the airline showed what appeared to be trash bags containing crumpled paper and plastic bags that had been cleared from the lavatories.
