KNN.....dis Saw is now using our million ministers excuse = CAUGHT OFFGUARD

During financial crisis, our ministers say they were caught offguard
When flood came, our ministers also say they were caught offguard
When HDB prices shoot up, our ministers also say they were caught offguard
Now got train breakdown, Saw veri clever, also lipsync our million $ ministers to say she was caught offguard....

Ask all train operators all over the world, is this something they could not have anticipated? The need to have contingency for total power outrage including failure of backup system? I think they place too much trust in the back-up and did not plan for a real "walk down track" scenario. Or at the very least, the skills and expertise to assess and identify the seriousness of a situation to make the next call promptly. I bet they did not think there was even a need to be prepared enough to go that far. And true enough, the worst nightmare unfolds. Not only her, the 2nd-tier heads will have to take the blame for being docile and not pushing hard enough to make themselves competent.

any rumors from insider, what is happening? our system got hack? we bought made in PRC componets to save cost? years of mismangement? anything at all?

"World class transport. Universe class screw up." That should be the headlines today.

They put the blame on damaged collector shoes on some trains for yesterday's debacle. But today, there is a breakdown again. If the fault is the same, did they check every train for this defect or just do the routine check and quickly jump to the conclusion that it is a limited occurrence? If the fault is the same ( yet to be determined), it would be a major negligence.

Dear CEO, you are selected for the post and paid handsomely for you foresight, ability to anticipate and
Plan way ahead before anyone one else. If a fire broke out in this incident, you will have
Many dead bodies to be accounted for.
Your excuse is lame and totally unacceptable, the only thing left for you to do
Now is to leave, or the public will kick you, the choice is yours.

Liu, less talking cork, more work, you are next.

I understand it is the same fault today which means that they have not fully investigated and rectified the fault the previous night. Ought to be screwed.
