This is Saul Levin, the CEO of QRStuff. Unfortunately on Thursday one of our domains failed to auto renew - the result of which being that thousands of our customers lost access to QR Codes that they needed to operate their businesses.
We take full responsibility for the damage this caused. As a business ourselves, we know just how painful it can be when a tool we use to run our operation and serve our customers fails.
We’ve now fixed the issue and implemented a number of steps to prevent this from ever happening again, including a manual renewal of all domains at least 90 days prior to their expiry date to ensure we are not reliant on any “auto-renew” mechanism failing.
