can buy online and drink in the privacy of home, hotel room, function room, office, but not in pubic places. there are also bars and nightclubs with sextended licenses to sell liquor after 10:30pm. and you can drink in their venues too. in august 2017, the liquor control act was amended to allow consumers to purchase alcoholic beverages from licensed alcohol retailers if they buy liquor online and have them delivered to non-pubic places listed above.
